Early Christian was a short live Belgian band formed in the late 1960s, influenced by psychedelic music and bands like Cream. They gained recognition after winning a major talent contest, which led to a recording contract and numerous live performances.
Their only recording for the Phillips label is a highly collectable and ultra hard to find 45 including “Automatic Fly” & “Fire”. Both songs are perfect examples of late-sixties beat, driven by fuzzed-out guitar and phasing effects that feels straight out of an underground club.
Both tracks have been carefully restored and remastered respecting their original sound.
Limited reissue of 450 hand-numbered copies including 4-page insert with info and pictures provided by original members of the band and one postcard
