The Atlantics, an amazing aussie band active from 1963 to 1969 who recorded quite a good number of killer tracks, 14 of them compiled here in a 500 copies limited LP officially out on Rumble Skunk label out of Greece. Features the killer garage-psych anthem “It’s a hard life”, the psychedelic “Light Shades of Dark (part 1)”, some crude R&B versions of classics such as “Pretty Thing” or “You can’t judge a book by its cover” and a great cover of Beau Brummels’ “You tell me why”.
