Stow Lake (nombre tomado del lago en el parque Golden Gate) fueron un grupo formado por siete m\u00fasicos veteranos de la escena psicod\u00e9lica \/ fusi\u00f3n de San Francisco. Entre ellos podemos encontrar el genial guitarrista Bob Hardy (antes enThe Osgoode\/Asgard); el t\u00e1ndem de Jeff Ervin (saxo, flauta) y Jean Hintermann (trompeta) que formaron parte de Aura, la banda de Bill Whiters y Hot Cider (con Dennis Geyer of A.B. Skhy); el trombonista Larry Mallarino y el bajista Dave Dunaway (m\u00e1s tarde en el grupo jazz-fusi\u00f3n Listen). Sin olvidar al potente cantante y organista Bob Staley.<\/p>\n

In\u00e9ditas hasta ahora, las grabaciones aqu\u00ed reunidas fueron registradas en algunos de los mejores estudios de la \u00e9poca en San Francisco como McCune y Golden State Recorders.
